As I spent time this morning preparing for Holy Week and Easter I realised how much I love this season and indeed how central it is to my life. Part of the appeal is that the formal liturgy of Common Worship is so flexible and well resourced that it is easy to prepare the format/running order giving time to prepare what needs to be said and experienced. This year I have focused on having quite simple liturgy with time for input and reflection. Roll on Holy Week and Easter.
